Not at all! Our classes are designed for all abilities, from children taking their first steps into performing arts to those looking to develop their skills further. Our experienced teachers support every student at their own level.

Students will explore singing, dancing and acting through fun, engaging activities. They will develop performance skills, creativity, confidence, teamwork and stage presence. CLICK HERE to see an example of our ‘Levels Book’.

Children should wear black comfortable clothing they can move freely in, along with suitable footwear for dance activities for example, Jazz shoes or trainers.

A labelled water bottle and plenty of enthusiasm! For longer sessions over 1hr or workshops, children may also need a snack or packed lunch.

To help students feel independent and fully engaged, parents do not stay during classes. We provide regular opportunities throughout the year for families to watch performances and celebrate their child's progress.

Yes! Students have exciting opportunities to showcase their skills through our annual showcases, performances and special projects.

Performing is encouraged but never forced. Our aim is to build confidence, creativity and enjoyment, allowing each child to take part in a way that feels comfortable for them.

Yes! We run exciting holiday Musical Theatre Workshops where students work on a production and perform to friends and family at the end of the week.

Cancelling or Updating Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your subscription, please provide one month's written notice by email to: office@actonestageandscreen.com

Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation received on or before the 15th of the month your subscription will end immediately. No further payments will be taken.
- Cancellation received after the 15th of the month one final payment will be collected on the 1st of the following month. Your subscription will then end.

Examples:
Cancellation requested on 5th February → Subscription ends immediately. No further payment is taken.
Cancellation requested on 16th February → Final payment is taken on 1st March, after which your subscription ends.
